Why did we join Holding Space?
“For me, I wasn’t living up to my potential and I have a desire to learn more about myself, what motivates me and how to feel better in my everyday life.”
“I feel that I was looking to learn more about myself and why I was where I was in that part of my life. The whole “where you are supposed to be in your 30’s,” thing – I played that game a lot and just reading the post about Holding Space spoke to me and it was something we knew we had to do.”

It came at the perfect time. A new year with new experiences. A six-week journey where a small group was provide with weekly self-care tools to incorporate into everyday, “I spilled coffee on my shirt”, “I got a flat tire”, “I woke up cranky”, “I can’t get these negative thoughts out of my head”, situations/emotions/humanness.
Tools like-meditation, knowing your vibration level, grounding, energy, and breathing exercises.
Favorite things about the program
“Definitely the self-care tools, we created a toolbox of things we can choose from when we are feeling stressed or negative or having a bad day to help us recognize what’s going on and get grounded, understand what’s going on and move past it. Where normally in the past I would probably get really upset or anxious and just sit in that and not think about why I’m here or what I can do to get out of it.”
“It’s been really good to have a lot of girls around us wanting the same things and going through the same things and being able to learn together and share together has been a lot of fun.”
“For me, I really love the full moon and new moon ceremonies. For the full moon, just writing down the things you want to let go of and then having that little ceremony for yourself or friends was a lot of fun.”
“It’s definitely cool to sit down with yourself and really think about what do I want? And who am I?”
Would you recommend Holding Space to a friend?
“ABSOLUTELY. I really don’t know where I would be if I didn’t have the support and inspiration Holding Space provided me with. I am who I am today because of it.”

Have you experienced any changes or shifts in your life since beginning the program?
“Yes! I’m so much more open, I truly feel like I know myself. I feel grounded and more inspired than ever.”
